Key Responsibilities
- ◉ Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- ◉ Handle both written and verbal client communications in a clear, timely, and professional manner.
- ◉ Initiate and receive client calls regularly to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- ◉ Communicate fluently in English with a clear and natural accent suitable for international client interaction.
- ◉ Optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Google Shopping platforms.
- ◉ Monitor and analyze marketplace performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- ◉ Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- ◉ Prepare structured reports summarizing client feedback, sales performance, and market insights.
- ◉ Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to support business goals.
- ◉ Propose new ideas to improve client satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and marketplace outcomes.
Requirements
- ◉ O-Level and A-Level academic background is required.
- ◉ Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate professionally with English-speaking clients.
- ◉ Prior experience in managing phone or video calls with clients. (Optional requirement)
- ◉ Experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector. (Optional requirement)
- ◉ Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and similar tools. (Optional requirement)
- ◉ Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- ◉ Self-driven, reliable, and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote work environment.
- ◉ Basic knowledge of e-commerce SEO, product ranking, or digital marketing.
- ◉ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client data with discretion.
- ◉ The candidate must work from a quiet, noise-free room, as the role involves direct communication with clients. A high-quality headset with noise-cancellation capability is required to ensure clear audio during calls and meetings.
