Job Title: QA (Automation) Specialist

What Will You Do
◉ You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for functional, regression, and integration testing
◉ You will create and maintain reusable automated test scripts with strong coding standards
◉ You will execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects
◉ You will integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation
◉ You will collaborate with developers and architects to debug issues and improve application quality
◉ You will contribute to test data preparation, validation of data integrity, and SQL-based validations
◉ You will support testing of distributed systems and event-driven architectures, particularly those leveraging Kafka
Who You Are
◉ You have 1+ years of experience in Automation Testing
◉ You have proven experience coding automated tests in Node.js, with strong exposure to Postman scripting for API validation
◉ You have hands-on experience with JUnit and Playwright for automated functional and UI testing
◉ You have a strong ability to write and execute SQL queries for validation of back-end processes
◉ You have exposure to testing distributed event-driven systems, ideally with Apache Kafka
◉ You have experience integrating test automation into pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent)
◉ You have a strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, defect management, and test reporting
◉ You have the ability to work in agile teams, communicate effectively with offshore and onshore stakeholders, and adapt to enterprise delivery environments
◉ You will have knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
◉ You will have familiarity with financial services or regulated environments
◉ You have excellent communication skills in English
◉ You are open to working Monday to Friday in the innovative fintech industry
