1. Advance Payments
All advance payments made for projects or services are generally non-refundable once the work has started.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Digital Marketing
- Website Development
- Software Development
- Graphics Design
- Marketplace Management
- Virtual Assistant Services
- eCommerce Development
2. Work Commencement
A project is considered started once any of the following occurs:
- Research or planning begins
- Design concepts are initiated
- Development work starts
- Resources are assigned
- Client onboarding or setup activities begin
After this stage, refunds will not be applicable.
3. Special Refund Cases
In special situations, partial or full refunds may be considered only upon mutual agreement between both ITBee Solution and the client.
Any approved refund amount will depend on:
- The completed work stage
- Resources already utilized
- Time invested in the project
- Agreed settlement terms
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed milestones
- Custom development work
- Paid third-party tools or subscriptions
- Advertising spend
- Domain and hosting purchases
- Consultation fees
5. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started, ITBee Solution reserves the right to retain payments for completed work, resource allocation, and operational costs.
6. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after approved work delivery or project initiation. Any disputes should first be addressed directly with our support team.
